The other side of the room serves as a dining/lounge area with flat screen TV,DVD, WiFi and comfy sofa-bed... leading to a large sunny balcony with a breathtaking panoramic view over the lake for an unforgettable dinner al fresco.
The property boasts a large private garden totally secluded from others' sight. A flat grass area, secured with a gate, will see the children run around and the adults enjoy the sunny micro-climate of Lenno under our own palm tree.
A paved passage runs around the back of the house to lead to an elevated terrace for a nice glass of prosecco in the afternoon sun, contemplating the lake and away from anyone's sight.
